When making a reservation we ask you to provide us with your name, phone number, address and your credit card details (number card, expiry date, cvv-code and name card holder). This to guarantee your arrival not for payment purposes. You will pay at the end of your stay using a debit or credit card or cash.

Cancellation Fees
The UVH (Dutch Uniform Conditions for Horeca Establishments) apply.
Our cancellation fees for individual reservations are: within 72 hours 50% and within 24 hours before check in 100% of the room price of the first night of the booking is to be paid to hotel Iban.
Our Cancelation Fees for group reservations (3 rooms or more) are 7 days before check in 20% ; within 72 hours 50% and within 24 hours, 100% of the room price of the first night of the booking is to be paid to hotel Iban.

Check-in
We guarantee that your room is ready at 15:00 hours (usually earlier). From 12:00 (noon) on you can pick up your room key and park the car in our garage.
Monday -Friday our standard reception opening is until 20:00 hours. Arrivals later than 20:00 hours are possible by request.
Saturday and Sunday our standard reception opening is until 18:00 hours. Arrivals later than 18:00 hours are possible by request.

Checking out is possible until 11:00 am

Reservation Request

Book the entire hotel!
Since we are a small hotel with 7 room, we can imagine that a group of guests could be big enough to fill the entire hotel. Booking our hotel is possible for at least 2 days in the weekend and for one day during working days. We will provide a discount of 10% on the room price. In such a case we could also host your dinner in cooperation with cook Peter Martin. This is a diner á la carte that we can only offer in case you book the entire hotel and providing a minimum amount of participants. Please contact us for detailed information.
